Latium - Main Floor Renovation
The project involved removing a structural wall between the kitchen and dining room to enhance the flow and connectivity. To maintain structural integrity while achieving a seamless ceiling line, we recessed a support beam into the ceiling. Large windows were added to flood the space with natural light, enhancing the warm, inviting atmosphere. The new kitchen features timeless white cabinetry, elegant brass hardware, and natural wood accents that add texture and warmth. A standout element is the custom bi-fold coffee cabinet, which is both functional and beautifully integrated, keeping everyday essentials tucked away while maintaining a clean, streamlined look. The result is a sophisticated, yet welcoming space perfect for everyday living and entertaining.

Smead - Addition + Full Home Renovation
BuildHappy designed and coordinated this full home renovation, including a mudroom/laundry addition and full front porch. From multiple failing previous additions pieced together, to one full, open cohesive kitchen and dining space, this design brought function back! The laser scan and 3D model also allowed us to give a new layout to the primary suite and upgrades to the second floor.

Indian Springs - Addition + Full Home Renovation
Full home renovation. This extensive renovation included the demolition of the main-floor kitchen along with some structural modifications, a new kitchen layout to include a large island. An addition of a main-floor owner suite. The entire main floor level of this home was updated with beautiful design features.
