This project began as a full master suite remodel, centered around transforming the primary living spaces into a more open and functional retreat. The scope included vaulting the bedroom ceiling to enhance volume and natural light, redesigning the master bathroom layout for improved flow and comfort, and creating a spacious walk-in closet complete with a central island for storage and organization.

As the design evolved, the project expanded to include a full basement finish and a reimagined mudroom/pool room. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the homeowners to ensure each area felt intentional, connected, and tailored to their lifestyle, maintaining continuity in design from concept through construction.

Services provided: 360 laser scan of existing conditions, existing condition plans, demo plans, new floor plans, design options, material consultation and quantity take-offs, renderings, 3D walkthroughs, project estimating, and project coordination.
