We collaborated with the homeowners and builder using architectural plans provided by the architect as the foundation for the design process. Our role focused on translating these drawings into a clear visual experience through detailed 3D modeling and realistic renderings, allowing the clients to fully understand the proposed spaces before construction began.

Through this process, we identified opportunities for refinement and made thoughtful design revisions to improve functionality, flow, and overall aesthetics. We also assisted with builder coordination and guided material selections, helping ensure the design intent was clearly communicated and carried through into construction.

Services provided: 360 laser scan of existing conditions, existing condition plans, demo plans, new floor plans, design options, material consultation and quantity take-offs, renderings, 3D walkthroughs, cost estimating, and project coordination.
