We collaborated with the homeowners and builder using architectural plans provided by the architect as the foundation for the design process. The scope included a full second-floor addition, requiring precise alignment with the existing home to ensure a seamless integration of new and existing spaces.

To support the design accuracy, we completed a laser scan of both the main floor and exterior of the home, allowing us to build a highly accurate digital model that informed all planning and coordination. From there, we translated the architectural drawings into detailed 3D models and realistic renderings so the clients could clearly visualize the proposed design prior to construction.

Throughout the process, we identified opportunities for refinement and made thoughtful design revisions to improve functionality, flow, and overall aesthetics. We also assisted with builder coordination and guided material selections, ensuring the design intent was clearly communicated and consistently carried through into construction.
