By removing a dividing wall and installing a substantial support beam, we seamlessly connected the kitchen, dining area, living room, and entryway—creating a cohesive, airy layout perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.

The heart of this renovation is the stunning kitchen, featuring a bold yet timeless palette of deep blue cabinetry and bright white appliances, accented with elegant gold hardware. The open flow extends into a refreshed dining space and a cozy, inviting living room—all thoughtfully designed to balance function and style.

We also transformed the former formal dining room into a practical and beautifully designed first-floor office, giving the homeowners a quiet, dedicated workspace. The powder room received a full material and fixture upgrade, adding a touch of luxury to even the smallest space on the floor.
