Our approach to 3D Digital Modeling is unique, because we provide you with all the benefits of Single Source BIM-enabled project planning. Some other firms use digital software to create plan sheets. However, their products are typically rendered only in black and white 2D. Many important details are missing.
+ Laser Scan
This method of documenting a structure takes ⅓ of the time the traditional methods of measuring tape and paper.
To successfully plan your renovation/addition we document your home with 360 Laser Scan Technology. High powered lasers are used to collect information and data from your structure. Each scan produces specific points of measurement creating a “point cloud.” Each point cloud is stitched together to create a full cloud of data that makes up your home. We use this as a template that will be used create an accurate 3D Digital Model.

When it comes to creating BIM, it is important to keep in mind you are not just buying a product; you are buying a process to create that product.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process that begins with the creation of an intelligent 3D Digital Model. This model is used to enable documenting, management, coordination, and analytical simulations during the entire lifecycle of a building.
Single-source BIM creates a digital twin of a structure, meaning that every detail and system of a building is replicated in the Building Information Model. Our software ensures that modifications made in a birds-eye floor plan design will also change the elevation and building selection view automatically. This capability is known as bidirectional assosciativity. No time-consuming re-draws. No lost information.
Currently, many firms create technical drawings required for construction by hand or in computer aided drafting software, line by line. Each room needs to be drawn from three different perspectives- a birds-eye view, an elevation view, and building section view. When all of the plans are drawn on a 2-dimensional sheet, changes require plans to be re-drawn in each view. The BIM process avoids the need for making changes in multiple views.

Are you ready to design your space! Let’s make sure we know what we are working with. We need to be sure your current space is properly documented; this is often an overlooked step in the construction planning process. Our team is ready to come and document your current structure with our 360 laser scanning process. Our scanning technology greatly reduces unforeseen conditions that often causes delays in your build and can greatly increase your costs.
The information from our scans is used to create a 3D replica of your home, along with HDR (Hight-Dynamic Range) images captured from each scan location. You can feel confident that your structure is fully documented.
